The code needs a ES2015+ polyfill to work, for example regenerator-runtime/runtime.

await import( 'regenerator-runtime/runtime.js' ) ;
// or

Then

const measure = await import( '@functional-abstraction/measure' ) ;
// or
import measure from '@functional-abstraction/measure' ;
